its cool.

summer is here. i shopped today. listened to more fleet foxes than probably healthy.

i kept my fingers crossed as i saw old friends.

i wrote in my journal & cursed those stupid gas prices.

i cleaned and recleaned my room.

i am all unpacked & such.

one year of college under my belt & i don't know what to do with myself.

& i am loving it.

i can watch a movie in the middle of the day without the risk of a late night study time.

i'm feeling a little empty inside though.

its whatever.

i just miss someone is all. ....^....

also. books you should read over the summer during your free time? i will make a list.

.extremely loud & incredibly close. -jonathan safran-foer. (again. read it three times this semester.)

.abraham lincoln, vampire hunter. -seth grahme-smith. (for kicks.)

.tom sawyer. -mark twain. (read it ever summer since 9 years old. still in love.)

.the color purple. -alice walker. (fulfilling.)

.stargirl. -jerry spinelli. (fast & easy.)

.wild thing. -dave eggers. 

.the art of racing the rain. -garth stein.

that should get you until mid june. such good books. such great time spent.

i am so excited to read. if you've a suggestion please, please, please throw one my way.

i'm serious. i have read every book in my home more than once.

i'm not kidding. i need more.
