Well. Salt lake was nice. Clay didn't come. Oh well. But. Evan and I went with his whole family. I love the kirby's. a little. sometimes we sing to the radio. watch indoor football and attend "go green" fairs. At the "go green" fair, stuff like this happens... drunk people hula hoop. drunk people dance with wedding dresses tied around their waists. drunk people ride their bikes because they are "green" (evan and i are going green. we are going to ride bikes, without shoes. yes. green) Also at the festival there are drunk men, playing instruments with bad teeth. they don't fix their teeth because they are "green" and also they are really good musicians. We like them. Then, still at the "green" fest evan and I are walking on the roof of the library and old men stop me and say things like this, "Nice view." He nods his head. "What?" I ask. "Hahaha! Just kidding." He laughs obnoxiously. "What?" I say again. He walks away, turns his head towards us and says, "That was a compliment." Whoo. What. Yes. I know what a creep. He was old. Also. green fests are now on my favorite list. that is all.
Sometimes. Evan invites me to a family picnic at murray park. In murray park. We were probably the only ones who spoke english and didn't drink. But we like it that way. We ate pork and beans, pasta salad and burnt fried chicken. We washed our hands in a cooler full of ice, found a bench that said, "Rap is for morons." Took pictures with it. played on grassy nolls and pull up bars. Chased geese. Got chased by geese. People watched. Ate scotcharoos and chocolate chip cake. Drank about 11 capri suns. Each. Saw baby geese and ducks. That were still fluffy. And I met all of ev's fam. It was priceless. Sometimes I even get a water bottle as a gift from aunt cindy for being a "future mother."
also. we are probably children. in the morn of saturday, evan and i walked around on main. looked in the windows, put our hand prints on glass. walked across cross walks with those funky flags and went to the PG library to read arthur books, to look for the names Tucker and Eliza hidden within their pages. It was prime. and at the salt lake library. we played in caves and fountains and rode the elevator and ran down the stairs. We learned that we really don't like riding in elevators with puffs of second hand smoke. and that bubble wands are the coolest thing ever. Also. after we got home from slc, we went shopping for mothers day. and my mom's birthday is today also. Shoot.
Happy Birthday Ma.
and after we bought presents. We went to juice press. Belted our lungs out to a little enrique. causing kassie and evan to leave. we then went to cailey's. and this happened. We watched a calculus movie. evan is into those. we wrestled. gave rug washes. played some hand game. took pictures with kass' camera. jo gave cailey a wedgie. and while all this happened, miss mandi colored in a care bear coloring book. yes. last night was nice.
and when i got home, i went to bed. that is all.
