I believe that everyone needs a pet whale named Kazoo, made out of cardboard. Yes. Everyone needs to go through the "cardboard whale birthing process." Everyone needs to strap their pet cardboard whale into the backseat of a car and take him for a spin. Everybody needs a little Fazzo in their life.
I believe the Book of Mormon can change peoples lives and that hymns have healing powers.
I believe that a simple smile can go a long, long, long way, and that having enemies is unnecessary, yet I still have them.
I believe that beds are for jumping on and floors for sleeping.
I believe in looking different and standing out and that the norm is unnecessary, though I ask you this, Who can really classify the norm? What is norm?
I believe that dancing in the sweet haven of your bedroom to Neil Diamond is the best way to wind down and relax from a long, stressful day, and that Harry Potter can always bring a smile to my lips and warmth to my heart and take me away to where I really want to be, and that place is Hogwarts.
I believe in cherishing the little things and writing them down. Such as the way the sun shone on the pavement as you drove to the orthodontist office. Or how you were on your first radio show today, and how even though it wasn't your own, you loved it.
I believe that zumba makes you stronger and...dare i say it, Hot?
I believe that chubby boys with round faces are more attractive and that boys that can sing and dance can have my heart anytime. I believe that boys who simply say, "you look nice today" without even thinking twice will make the best husbands.
I believe that having a best friend of the opposite gender can teach you so much more than you could ever dream. It helps you branch out, learn a little, live a little, love a little.
I believe that those with special needs are more beautiful than those without. They have personalities and the self esteem some could only dream of.
I believe that spunk adds character.
I believe in saying "Bless you" to every sneeze you hear, even if you don't know the person.
I believe "just like the menu at your favorite restaurant, sparkly jeans are for those twelve and under."
I believe in having crushes on teachers and having a loud, obnoxious laugh. I believe that moist and obnoxious are the most obnoxious words.
I believe my bishop was called specifically for me and that seminary is my home away from home. I believe painting rocks channels my chi and makes me different.
I believe in being a free spirit. I simply believe in being me.
